Northeast Center for Special Care is located in picturesque Lake Katrine, NY. We are ninety miles north of New York City and sixty miles south of Albany and the Capitol District region and just north of Kingston.
Lake Katrine is nestled in the shadows of the Catskill Mountains. We are close to the Hudson River, Route 9W and the New York State Thruway and easily accessible by car, train or bus.
Driving Directions:
From the New York State Thruway (Rt. 87): To Exit 19 - Kingston. After the toll you will enter a traffic circle, keep to the right. Exit at, "Rt. 28 - Pine Hill." Go past one traffic signal.
Take the next right onto Route 209 toward the Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge (You will have just passed Johnson Ford & Kingston Nissan on the right).
Travel on Route 209 approximately 3 miles East towards the Bridge. Exit at Enterprise Drive off of Rt. 209. The exit ramp will fork; bear left heading toward the traffic signal. Make a left at the traffic signal. Make a right at the stop sign onto Neighborhood Road. Go straight to the next traffic signal which leads onto Grant Avenue. Follow to the Center at 300 Grant Avenue.
Mass Transit:
We are convenient to the Amtrak Rhinecliff, NY Train Station.
We are also close to the Kingston, NY Trailways bus depot.
